New Address/Same Company – Dedicated to Excellence
Exactly two weeks after a fire completely destroyed our corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, I am very pleased to announce that Garry Struthers Associates, Inc. (GSAI) is now in a new location. Our new office is located at: 5000 Carillon Point, 4th Floor in Kirkland, Washington. The mailing address is: 5400 Carillon Point, Kirkland, WA 98033. Our telephone number remains the same: (425) 519-0300.
We have signed a short-term lease at this location as we determine the best long-term solution for GSAI, our employees, our clients and our teaming partners. We are very excited to have everyone back together and to have a fully functioning office. Fortunately, the Disaster Preparedness Plan that we had implemented had safeguarded all of our electronic files, so that we did not lose any critical electronic data, and we were able to quickly reestablish our networking capabilities. This has made the move to our new office location a seamless exercise. And, in the past two weeks, in the midst of signing a new office lease, finding furniture and purchasing new equipment, we are very pleased to have signed two new contracts: the first is for demolition and remediation of buildings located on a medical campus in Denver, Colorado and the second is an on-call facilities management contract for a Commercial Property Manager on properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
I want to personally thank everyone for their outpouring of support and encouragement through these past few weeks, and especially the GSAI staff, who exhibited the highest level of flexibility and loyalty as we faced these unexpected challenges. As promised, GSAI is stronger and more resilient than ever before. We are, as we have been for the past 21 years, Dedicated to Excellence.
