Crane GSAI has provided project and construction management services. GSAI provides project management (PM) and construction management (CM) services on both public and private sector projects. Our approach incorporates the very best project and construction management practices along with the flexibility to accommodate the unique aspects of a client’s organization and project needs. GSAI professionals provide full agency CM or can serve as an extension of staff for our clients providing both office and field personnel.

GSAI professionals have managed projects valued at over $300 million and involving more than 20 subcontractors in the areas of civil and building. We are recognized for delivering challenging projects on time and within budget. Numerous projects have required extensive interaction with public interest groups, business and community leaders, and local, state, and federal agencies. With the aid of computerized budget and scheduling systems, we can monitor resource allocation, project cash flows, generate schedule updates, create critical path time lines, and track many other variables quickly and efficiently. GSAI’s construction managers are supported by our in-house engineering and environmental experts who provide technical expertise and integrated solutions. Closure of 20-acre landfill, with installation of a landfill gas collection system
Design and construction services for primary wastewater clarifiers with a capacity of 120 mgd
Design and construction oversight of a mile of 108-inch-diameter sewer interceptor and connecting structure

Preconstruction Services

Preconstruction Services enable our clients to bring the perspective of professional staff with hands-on construction experience to help the design team with the timely completion of the planning process. GSAI’s preconstruction team works closely with the Owner’s representative, the A/E team and the Contractor’s project manager and estimator. We serve as an extension of the Owner’s staff, and as an advocate for the Owner’s interest. The preconstruction phase of the project is the foundation upon which the project is built. Our extensive experience in preconstruction services allows us to build solid foundations, which enable us to maintain project schedules and budgets and to minimize questions and change orders during construction.
