GSAI provides our government and private industry clients a broad range of professional engineering including project evaluation and feasibility reviews, technical analysis, modeling, planning, comprehensive project design, cost estimating, permitting, construction management, startup, commissioning and operations services. GSAI´s core engineering disciplines include Civil & Sitework, and Water Resources. All of our projects are professionally managed, monitored and controlled using proven successful program management techniques, tools and QA/QC practices. GSAI´s multidisciplinary project managers are all experienced, senior professionals with exceptional academic and technical credentials, professional certifications and registrations.

Engineering
Civil Sitework
Since 1988 GSAI has completed project designs, studies and design reviews. Successful project completion covers all aspects of project work including grading, erosion and sedimentation control. GSAI offers full site work services from alternatives evaluation to construction oversight. Our engineers design a wide range of infrastructure features such as drainage, pavement, and utilities, as well as site grading. GSAI engineers perform site inspections, verifying topography and existing usage; review building and site building and site development permits; review building code compliance, zoning codes, and drainage and site grading plans; meet with agency representatives on planning criteria; and prepare findings reports. The engineering staff is supported by document control administrators and technicians experienced in the use of CADD and engineering design software. GSAI offers the following services:

GSAI´s history of providing solid waste engineering services spans 15 years and includes planning and siting new solid waste facilities, evaluating the capacity and environmental concerns at existing facilities, preparing development and closure plans, completing construction documents for various improvements and facilities, and conducting compliance audits.
GSAI´s professional staff has extensive experience providing planning, design, and construction management services for a wide variety of water facilities including water transmission, distribution, pumping, storage and treatment. Our collective experience in water system design includes miles of distribution system pipeline, service connections, pressure reducing stations, storage tanks and booster pump station piping.
GSAI offers a full range of professional wastewater engineering services from master planning and alternative evaluation on through to construction oversight and routine inspections. The extent of our services includes system analysis, value engineering, preparation of PSE packages, constructability reviews, acquisition of permits, preparation of construction cost estimates, and construction management.
